Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare serving glasses or bowls.
- Add a layer of crushed biscuits at the bottom.
- Add a layer of yogurt mixture over the biscuits.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Top with whipped cream and extra berries if desired.
- Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
