Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with syrup, fruits, or your favorite toppings.

Notes
