- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add vegetarian ground beef to the skillet.
- Season with smoked paprika, cumin, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook while stirring until heated through and lightly browned.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve as desired.
