Description

A flavorful and versatile vegetarian ground beef made with plant-based ingredients, perfect for tacos, bowls, pasta, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 450g vegetarian ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add vegetarian ground beef to the skillet.
  5. Season with smoked paprika, cumin, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cook while stirring until heated through and lightly browned.
  7. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  8. Remove from heat and serve as desired.

Notes

Works well as a substitute in any recipe that calls for ground beef. Add chili powder or herbs for extra flavor.
