- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cups cooked chow mein noodles or spaghetti
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken slices with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and cornstarch; mix well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and onion; sautΓ© for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and cabbage, cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in cooked noodles, remaining soy sauce, and oyster sauce; toss to combine.
- Drizzle sesame oil on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes. Substitute vegetables based on preference.
