- 2 cups cubed bread (day-old works best)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
- Layer the cubed bread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese over the bread.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the casserole is set and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
