Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Spray a muffin tin generously with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Stir in the cheese, bacon, bell peppers, and onion.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the eggs are set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
