Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion and garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Pour in beef broth and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  8. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy and smooth.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the creamiest sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
