- 8 oz egg noodles or spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You can add bell peppers or olives for extra Spanish flair. Serve with crusty bread or a simple salad.
