Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt, mixing well.
  4. Pour the pumpkin filling into the unbaked pie crust.
