Crispy, golden Raising Cane’s-style chicken fingers that are juicy on the inside and perfectly seasoned, served with their signature dipping sauce.

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Optional: Lemon wedges for serving
- For Cane’s Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk egg and buttermilk together.
- In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Dip chicken tenders into egg mixture, then dredge in seasoned flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
- For Cane’s sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Serve chicken fingers with Cane’s sauce and optional lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double-dredge the chicken. Serve immediately for the best texture.
