- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place coated chicken into the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use freshly grated Parmesan and avoid overcrowding the baking dish.
