Description

Crispy parmesan crusted chicken made with juicy chicken breasts, coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and cheese, baked until golden and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat evenly with the Parmesan mixture.
  6. Place coated chicken into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden.
  9. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
