Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs or broil for the last 2 minutes. Can be served with honey mustard or ranch dressing.
