- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs or broil for the last 2 minutes. Can be served with honey mustard or ranch dressing.
