- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, cook until lightly browned.
- Add sliced onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in scallions and soy sauce, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and ginger for 30 minutes before cooking.
