Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and chicken broth, then add pasta.

  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Notes

You can use any short pasta you prefer. For extra flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
