Description
A quick and easy one-pot chicken Parmesan pasta that combines tender chicken, marinara sauce, pasta, and melted cheese for a comforting all-in-one meal.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in marinara sauce and chicken broth, then add pasta.
- Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed, about 12-15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
You can use any short pasta you prefer. For extra flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
