- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger and sautΓ© for 30 seconds.
- In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and simmer until thickened.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated.
