- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- Sour cream for serving
- Salsa for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Add diced tomatoes, olives, and jalapeños.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
For extra flavor, add guacamole or drizzle with nacho cheese sauce before serving.
