Loaded Ground Beef Nachos


Description

Crispy tortilla chips loaded with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and classic nacho toppings, perfect for parties, game day, or an easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  4. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the chips.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  7. Add diced tomatoes, olives, and jalapeños.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions.
  10. Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

For extra flavor, add guacamole or drizzle with nacho cheese sauce before serving.
