- 1 cup refried beans
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Green onions for garnish
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
- Spread refried beans evenly into the bottom of a serving dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the refried beans.
- Layer seasoned ground beef evenly over the creamy layer.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and black olives.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
