Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package directions.
  3. Spread refried beans evenly into the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the refried beans.
  6. Layer seasoned ground beef evenly over the creamy layer.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and black olives.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Customize with guacamole or salsa if desired.
