Layered Lemon Dessert

Ingredients

  • 200g graham cracker crumbs
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • Lemon zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. In another bowl, whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
  7. Spread lemon pudding over the cream layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with lemon zest before serving.

Notes

Chill well before serving for clean layers. Can be made a day ahead for best texture.
