- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve beef over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Serve with steamed broccoli or cucumbers on the side. Adjust sweetness or spice level to taste.
