- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet Kinder’s chili seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add Kinder’s chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
- Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
- Season with salt if needed.
- Serve hot.
