  • 1 cucumber, sliced for garnish
  • For the sauce: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon chili paste

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, white pepper, and soy sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili paste.
  6. Slice chicken and serve over cooked jasmine rice.
  7. Drizzle sauce on top or serve on the side.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and cucumber slices.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust chili paste to taste for spiciness.
