Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, white pepper, and soy sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili paste.
- Slice chicken and serve over cooked jasmine rice.
- Drizzle sauce on top or serve on the side.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and cucumber slices.
Notes
