Description

A healthy cookie dough bark made with wholesome ingredients, naturally sweetened, and packed with chocolatey goodness for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini dark chocolate chips.
  4. Press mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
  6. Spread gently with a spatula.
  7. Freeze for 30-40 minutes until firm.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store bark in the freezer for best texture. You can swap nut butter for sunflower seed butter if needed.
