- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate for topping
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in mini dark chocolate chips.
- Press mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
- Spread gently with a spatula.
- Freeze for 30-40 minutes until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store bark in the freezer for best texture. You can swap nut butter for sunflower seed butter if needed.
