Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  3. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and water.
  5. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Divide cooked rice among serving bowls.
  7. Top rice with seasoned ground beef.
  8. Add lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

Customize with avocado, black beans, or corn. Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
