Ingredients

- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli and carrots, cook until tender but still crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to combine evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra spice, add a drizzle of sriracha or sprinkle of red pepper flakes. You can swap vegetables based on preference.
