Ground Beef Ramen Bowls


Description

Flavorful ground beef with savory seasonings served over tender ramen noodles for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli and carrots, cook until tender but still crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Add cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to combine evenly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  9. Top with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra spice, add a drizzle of sriracha or sprinkle of red pepper flakes. You can swap vegetables based on preference.
