Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add sliced onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell peppers and cook until tender-crisp.
  6. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Stir well and cook for 5 more minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

Use a mix of colored bell peppers for extra flavor and presentation. Adjust spices to taste.
