- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions and garlic, sautΓ© until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, peas and carrots, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in milk and melted butter to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough over the simmering beef mixture.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, until dumplings are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
