Description

Juicy chicken thighs coated in a spicy and savory Gochujang marinade, oven-baked to perfection for a flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush or coat chicken thighs with the marinade, making sure to cover all sides.
  4. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
  7. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables if desired.

Notes

Marinate chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours for deeper flavor. Adjust Gochujang amount to control spiciness.
