- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Brush or coat chicken thighs with the marinade, making sure to cover all sides.
- Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables if desired.
Notes
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours for deeper flavor. Adjust Gochujang amount to control spiciness.
