These fruit filled breakfast cereal bars are perfect for a quick, healthy, and portable morning snack packed with natural sweetness and energy.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, dried fruits, and optional nuts/seeds.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and nut butter over low heat until smooth and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- Cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can swap dried fruits according to preference and add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
