Ingredients

- 2 large oranges
- 1 lemon
- 3 large eggs
- 150g granulated sugar
- 40g all-purpose flour
- 60g unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Zest and juice the oranges and lemon.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until pale.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Stir in citrus zest and juice.
- Gently fold in flour and salt.
- Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish.
- Bake for 30β35 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve slightly warm or chilled. This dessert pairs beautifully with whipped cream or powdered sugar on top.
