  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange tater tots in a single layer in the prepared dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle cooked bacon or sausage, diced onions, and shredded cheese over the tater tots.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes
