Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer in the prepared dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon or sausage, diced onions, and shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
