Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  4. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  6. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  7. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
  8. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
  9. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and set.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
