  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220Β°C.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Rub seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  7. Arrange thighs skin-side up.
  8. Roast for 35–40 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 75Β°C.
  9. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
