- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220Β°C.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet or roasting pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Arrange thighs skin-side up.
