Easy Naan Breakfast Pizza

This easy naan breakfast pizza is crispy, cheesy, and loaded with eggs and savory toppings, making it the perfect quick and satisfying morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C.
  2. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each naan.
  5. Add chopped turkey bacon and bell peppers.
  6. Create small wells and crack eggs onto each naan.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until egg whites are set.
  9. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For a runny yolk, reduce baking time slightly. You can customize toppings with veggies or different cheeses.
