- 2 naan breads
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200Β°C.
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each naan.
- Add chopped turkey bacon and bell peppers.
- Create small wells and crack eggs onto each naan.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 10β12 minutes until egg whites are set.
- Remove from oven and garnish with green onions.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For a runny yolk, reduce baking time slightly. You can customize toppings with veggies or different cheeses.
