  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • Extra mandarin oranges for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  4. Stir in drained mandarin oranges.
  5. Spoon mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Smooth the top with a spatula.
