Chicken Milanese Recipe with Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Croutons for topping
  • Extra Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  1. Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and croutons.
  7. Serve chicken Milanese alongside Caesar salad and garnish with extra Parmesan.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Serve immediately for best texture.
