- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- Croutons for topping
- Extra Parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness using a meat mallet.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and croutons.
- Serve chicken Milanese alongside Caesar salad and garnish with extra Parmesan.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs. Serve immediately for best texture.
