Description

Easy lemon Oreo truffles made with crushed cookies, cream cheese, and bright lemon flavor for a refreshing no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Golden Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Optional: yellow candy melts or white chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, coating completely.
  6. Place truffles back on parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with extra white chocolate or yellow candy melts if desired.
  8. Refrigerate until set before serving.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These truffles can be made ahead for parties or holidays.
