- 1 package (14.3 oz) Golden Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 oz white chocolate, melted
- Optional: yellow candy melts or white chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Crush Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, coating completely.
- Place truffles back on parchment paper.
- Drizzle with extra white chocolate or yellow candy melts if desired.
- Refrigerate until set before serving.
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These truffles can be made ahead for parties or holidays.
