- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- Extra whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Mix flour, butter, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until crumbly.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden and let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese with remaining powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
- Whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Spread pudding layer evenly over cream cheese layer.
- Top with additional whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill overnight for clean slices. Fresh lemon zest can be added for extra citrus flavor.
