Description

An easy lemon lush dessert made with layers of buttery crust, creamy lemon filling, and fluffy whipped topping for a refreshing no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • Extra whipped topping for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Mix flour, butter, and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until crumbly.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden and let cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese with remaining powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
  7. Whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  8. Spread pudding layer evenly over cream cheese layer.
  9. Top with additional whipped topping.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight for clean slices. Fresh lemon zest can be added for extra citrus flavor.
