- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 box instant vanilla or pumpkin pudding mix (gluten-free)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 container whipped topping
- 1/4 cup crushed gluten-free gingersnaps (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the pudding by whisking the mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Stir pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice into the pudding mixture.
- Layer cubed gluten-free pumpkin cake in the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Add a layer of pumpkin pudding mixture.
- Add a layer of whipped topping.
- Repeat layers until dish is full.
- Top with crushed gluten-free gingersnaps or pecans if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
