- 12 slider rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices Canadian bacon or ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup prepared hollandaise sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
- Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottoms in a baking dish.
- Add ham slices evenly over the rolls.
- Top with Swiss cheese.
- Soft-boil eggs, peel, and slice.
- Layer sliced eggs over the cheese.
- Spoon hollandaise sauce evenly on top.
- Place roll tops over the sliders.
- Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, paprika, and salt.
- Brush butter mixture over the tops.
- Bake uncovered for 15β18 minutes until warmed through.
- Serve warm.

For best results, serve immediately. You can prep the sliders ahead and bake just before serving.
