These easy Eggs Benedict breakfast sliders are buttery, creamy, and satisfying, combining soft rolls, eggs, ham, and rich hollandaise for a brunch-ready favorite.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices Canadian bacon or ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup prepared hollandaise sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Add ham slices evenly over the rolls.
  4. Top with Swiss cheese.
  5. Soft-boil eggs, peel, and slice.
  6. Layer sliced eggs over the cheese.
  7. Spoon hollandaise sauce evenly on top.
  8. Place roll tops over the sliders.
  9. Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, paprika, and salt.
  10. Brush butter mixture over the tops.
  11. Bake uncovered for 15–18 minutes until warmed through.
  12. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately. You can prep the sliders ahead and bake just before serving.
