Easy Dessert with Crescent Rolls

This easy dessert with crescent rolls is sweet, creamy, and comes together fast using simple pantry ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place it over the filling.
  6. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
  7. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the butter.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts. Serve warm or cold.
