Instructions
- In a bowl, beat mascarpone cheese until smooth.

- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled espresso.
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in serving glasses or a dish.
- Spoon mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers if desired.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Chill before serving.
