Description

This easy cream puff dessert is light, creamy, and irresistibly sweet, layered with fluffy pastry and smooth vanilla filling for a no-fuss crowd-pleasing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200Β°C.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Spread dough evenly into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until puffed and golden.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Whisk milk and pudding mix until thick.
  9. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  10. Fold whipped cream into pudding.
  11. Spread filling over cooled pastry.
  12. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  13. Chill before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill at least 1 hour before serving. You can substitute chocolate pudding for a richer variation.
