Easy chocolate and peanut butter Greek yogurt dessert cups made with creamy layers and rich flavor, perfect for a quick no-bake treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • Crushed peanuts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Divide half of the mixture into serving cups.
  3. Stir cocoa powder into the remaining yogurt mixture until well combined.
  4. Spoon chocolate yogurt mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Top with chocolate chips and crushed peanuts.
  6. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use dark cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor. These dessert cups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
