- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. You can substitute milk with almond milk for a lighter version.
