- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 asparagus spears
- 4 oz crab meat
- 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Steam or blanch asparagus until tender.
- Top each chicken breast with asparagus and crab meat.
- Warm hollandaise sauce and pour over the top of each serving.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh crab meat and prepare hollandaise sauce just before serving for best results.
