Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 asparagus spears
  • 4 oz crab meat
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Steam or blanch asparagus until tender.
  6. Top each chicken breast with asparagus and crab meat.
  7. Warm hollandaise sauce and pour over the top of each serving.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh crab meat and prepare hollandaise sauce just before serving for best results.
