A delicious and easy breakfast stromboli filled with eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast meats, perfect for a grab-and-go morning meal.
Ingredients

- 1 sheet of refrigerated pizza dough
- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add scrambled eggs and cooked bacon or sausage, cook until eggs are set.
- Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Place egg mixture in the center of the dough, leaving edges clear.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top of the filling.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
You can add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies. Serve with salsa or ketchup if desired.
