- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush crust lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the crust.
- Add cooked bacon or sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
- Crack eggs evenly over the pizza toppings.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

Notes
For runny yolks, check early and remove from oven sooner. Customize with your favorite vegetables or cheeses.
