Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush crust lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the crust.
  5. Add cooked bacon or sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
  6. Crack eggs evenly over the pizza toppings.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives before serving.

Notes

For runny yolks, check early and remove from oven sooner. Customize with your favorite vegetables or cheeses.
