- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the egg mixture.
- Stir in cheese, bell pepper, onion, and bread cubes.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add cooked sausage or bacon for extra flavor. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated.
