Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the egg mixture.
  4. Stir in cheese, bell pepper, onion, and bread cubes.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add cooked sausage or bacon for extra flavor. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated.
