- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in shredded cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can prepare the casserole the night before and bake in the morning. Customize with your favorite vegetables or meats.
