- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage, chopped

- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions

- Salsa for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers and sautΓ© until softened.
- Add bacon or sausage and cook until heated through.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and pour into the skillet, scrambling until fully cooked.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Divide the egg mixture among tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
- Serve with salsa.
